@ScottAppliedSci I’d argue that’s all one and the same really. The GLP-1s have revealed that psychological experience of appetite and the urge to overeat/binge has a clear physiological basis and the psychs have (imho) over emphasised the emotional side per se.

In Nov I did 12:38 at 135.
Even a month ago I was happy with 10:20 at 135.
I’ve taken minutes off my time and added years to my life.
I am totally different on a physiological level than when I started #ProjectUnreasonable.

@JumpSeatMedic They’re still grifting, but realise their market has changed so they have softened their “big pharma is evil, just eat beef” schtick. As they know their low carb/keto/paleo approaches work long term for <1% anyway, they’re rebranding to keep up, thinking we don’t see them.

@SS_strength I deadlift, but I don’t think it’s in any way essential for the development of an excellent level of strength or an impressive physique.
That Starting Strength programs 1 set of DL per week says something about its high fatigue costs.
