It is difficult to ignore the double standard. When terror groups turn schools into military compounds, the world rushes to condemn Israel. But when schools in Israel are struck, silence prevails. During the war in Gaza, Hamas repeatedly used schools as sites for terrorist activity. When Israel was forced to operate against these locations, it faced harsh international criticism, even though these were no longer educational institutions, but active terror hubs. Now, according to @GLZRadio, @efitriger, since the beginning of the war with Iran, 128 educational institutions in Israel have been damaged, including the elementary school I once attended. The most recent school was hit last night in Tel Aviv. And yet, there has been no international condemnation, not a single statement affirming that schools should never be targets. It is difficult to ignore the double standard.

Francesca Albanese’s flagrant contempt for the UN Code of Conduct undermines the credibility of the institution she represents and any output she produces.

Diplomacy can’t work when one side is committed to manipulation, not truth. As a diplomat, I believe deeply in dialogue and negotiation as the preferred path to resolving crises. But not every actor is a genuine partner for diplomacy. For years, the regime of the mullahs in Tehran has not engaged in real negotiations, but in a political bazaar, exploiting Western goodwill and naivety to advance its violent ambitions through deception. True diplomacy requires honesty, responsibility, and respect. When those are absent, the international community must recognize the difference between negotiation and manipulation.

Let’s be clear: Hundreds of aid trucks enter Gaza every single day. Coordination is ongoing and based on the needs raised by the UN and international organizations, with priority given to their requests. Food is entering Gaza and there is sufficient supply for months ahead.

Another vile attack on a Jewish school in Amsterdam tonight. The same people who attacked the synagogue in Rotterdam yesterday are trying once again to instill fear and hatred. But we will not be intimidated. Jewish life will continue to grow stronger. Antisemitism must be stopped, and those who perpetrated this attack must pay the full price for their crimes

UN experts shamefully defend the fanatical Iranian regime

Remarkable to hear @UNOCHA & @UNReliefChief give an entire briefing to the #SecurityCouncil on Lebanon’s humanitarian situation while being among the only speakers to ignore the large yellow elephant in the room that caused this situation: the terrorist organization Hezbollah.

This was written 24 hours AFTER the crossings to Gaza reopened, following a temporary 2 day closure for security reasons of missile threat. Israel isn't starving Gaza. Hundreds of trucks are entering every day. Gaza has more than enough food. But since when do the facts bother Francesca from publishing lies?

Better late than never? 🤷‍♂️ As I remember, this seems like the first time @UNIFIL_ @UNPeacekeeping is noting strikes on Israel as “claimed by Hizbullah” , instead of the usual vague “armed groups” or “exchanges of fire”.

The UN Secretary-General’s Special Representative for Children and Armed Conflict, @_VanessaFrazier, tweeted condemning “attacks on Iranian schools leaving a large number of casualties,mostly children.” Unsurprisingly, she did not address the children killed in Israel by Iranian missiles. Worse, she included a gruesome photo of bodies. But what she did not write was that this photo was taken about two months ago and the dead in the photo are protesters murdered by the murderous regime in Iran. Ms. Vanessa Frazier, if you wish to truly fulfil your mandate, condemn the Iranian attack that resulted in the murder of Israeli children today!

Today on the 24th February, as the world marks four years since the beginning of the war in Ukraine, Israel Stands with the Ukrainian People. Foreign Minister Gideon Saar announced today that Israel will deliver 117 portable power stations to the Kyiv region, following discussions with Ukrainian Foreign Minister Andriy Sybiha on the urgent energy needs. As communities continue to face attacks on critical infrastructure, Israel remains committed to providing practical, life-saving humanitarian assistance on the ground.

Iran was elected today as Vice-Chair of the UN Charter Committee, the body that is meant to uphold the principles of the UN Charter. A regime that systematically violates the most basic principles of the UN cannot sit in a position that is focused on preserving those very principles. This is a moral absurdity, and the UN must stop legitimizing those who act against the goals of this institution.

Francesca Albanese is a rape denier, an antisemitic propagandist and a Hamas mouthpiece. She must be dismissed. She repeatedly denied documented rape and sexual violence committed against Jewish women and men by Hamas. She justified terror attacks against Israeli civilians at a Hamas event relayed by Iranian state media, in 2022. At the beginning of the month, she called Israel a “common enemy of humanity” - echoing classic antisemitic tropes.

Philippe Lazzarini, head of UNRWA (an agency so infiltrated by Hamas it’s essentially an affiliate) supporting Francesca Albanese, while she spreads antisemitism. These people have no moral compass.
