One of the biggest advantage that experienced guys have is this: We can look back at all of our lays, and we can draw commonalities across all of them. Their race, their clothes, their make-up, their occupation, their age, etc. etc. You will eventually realize that there's a "type" that likes you. Yes, we men will sleep with anything, but even then you'll realize you have special pull with a specific demographic. It can be Latina nurses who are single moms. White preppy suburban college students. Black-ass hood rats (unfortunately this demographic seems to respond the most to me, maybe they respond the most to everyone lol, not a fan but I'll still take it). I did a "survey" on my lay list before, it's like 36% black, 23% white, 23% Asian, 18% Latina. Once we know what kind of girls likes us, we can then focus our energy and effort on those girls who exhibit the same characteristics and just skip the ones that don't. Efficiency, gentlemen. Get to the lay with as little time, money, and work as possible.

Singapore is not a high trust society, it’s a port city where order is enforced by a draconian police state that canes people for stuff that isn’t even a crime here. If that police state disappeared next Tuesday, you’d have a race war by the weekend. Nice place to visit though.

It is not falling in love... It is ex-post rationalising from proximity, and proximity is the solution of the lowest bidder. If you are a guy, your work wife is most like mid or below because you are exposed to her every day and you would not have turned your head around if you saw her on the streets. A choice made through scarcity, which makes her appear relatively better. She gives you the time of day, and you settle, and create some BS narrative from a position of lack rather than some deep meaningful shit. Real connections happen in spite not thanks to. This is unit manufacturing from solitude, convenience, and lack of optionality, not love. Using the work husband example from the woman's perspective, he is an attention bucket and a potential guy of last resort.

Japan was the first time I understood what a "High Trust Society" looked like. It comes down to a homogeneous culture and people bound by a cohesive social fabric. Which doesn't exist in America.

You guys don’t even know. I was so fucking insecure when I was younger. I had to fucking claw my way out of the depths of low self-esteem. And to be honest, I still experience it at times. More often than I would like. My greatest trait isn’t rock solid confidence though. It’s resilience. Resilience is the reason I’ve never given up. Resilience is the reason I’ve bounced back from betrayal, despair, heartbreak, humiliation, depression. I’ve never been the most naturally talented or gifted person. I’ve always had to outwork the people around me. I’m naturally skinny fat. It’s always been incredibly hard for me to build muscle and lose fat. I was extremely shy as a child and battled social anxiety my entire life. I have ADHD. I struggle to be consistent, disciplined, and organized. But it doesn’t matter what my challenges are. They don’t mean anything. They’re just the reality of what I have to overcome. And the more I overcome them, the more they become the source of my confidence. I might not ever find absolute confidence within myself. You might not either. But like me, you can choose to get back up every time you fall. And you can sharpen yourself every single day. Until there’s no difference between the perfectly confident you and the perfectly resilient you. Now get back up. Get out there. And approach her.

@FrenchOG3 I remember hearing a bit of dating advice from Adam Carolla which was along the lines of ‘become a stereotype’. Surfer guy, band guy, business guy, sports guy. No nuance, keep it simple for the people you want to attract.

Women function by such heuristics because it is surface level, and is evidence of mediocre level of emotional intelligence through lack of nuance. You can become a caricature of disagreeableness for disagreeableness sake for effect whilst being riddled with insecurities yet it will be enough to manufacture a masculinity perception. That is how easy they are to fool. Master the surface level, and you will be successful.
