Once that’s cut, that’s a used product or a damaged product by definition. I’d buy it, then I’d go to customer service and get compensated while keeping the box. Sell it sealed. Target makes $0 on cards. So what’s happening here is Target is cutting sales from Excel Brands and Pokemon, not themselves. This will be quickly put to an end once corporate offices find the video

A Target employee was cutting the shrink wrap on sealed Pokémon products (Prismatic Evolutions ETBs in the video) and stated that it's a directive from Corporate to prevent scalpers from purchasing products solely to flip. How do you all feel about this? Target W or Target L? 🎯
