Israel never signed the treaty for the prohibition of cluster bombs, neither did Iran. They are not cluster bombs, they are Multiple Individual Reentry Vehicles, MIRVs. They are deployed using suborbital ballistic missiles. Pretty sure there is a treaty on that somewhere but I am unaware of the relevance in general. Speaking of Treaties, all known nuclear weapon possessing powers are restricted and controlled by the IAEA and have signed a Non-Nuclear Proliferation Treaty. Israel never signed that either because they stole nuclear secrets and material from the U.S. and killed Kennedy to prevent Kennedy from stopping them. Israel is a rogue nuclear weapon power.
