Mr Ramaphosa was the President of the ANC and was part of the decision to violate the Constitution in 2022. As ANC, they took a decision to protect him from scrunity and violate the Constitution in the process. We can’t have a President, who must be an exemplary citizen especially in upholding the Constitution, being part of a violation to the Constitution so he can be protected from an inquiry.
