@FASTag_NETC It’s registered in previous owner’s name and he is not responding to cancel the Fastag registered from his mobile number.
What is the next best option for me?

Hi @SunilBhusara sir, I purchased your Ford Endeavour as the second owner around 7 months ago. Since more than a month, I have been following up with your P.A. Mr. Viraj and your driver Mr. Moin regarding handover of the 2nd car key and discontinuation/update of the IDFC FastTag.

@SunilBhusara sir, I also contacted @IDFCFIRSTBank, and they informed me that the FastTag can only be discontinued using the registered mobile number. Unfortunately, I got no response despite multiple follow-ups from your PA or driver. @FASTag_NETC @NHAI_Official

@airarabiagroup I got the same reply from your support team that I won't get a refund. I understand in case of deportation you require ticket cost to be covered. But I was told to book tickets from Amman to Mumbai 2 times. All I am asking is to refund 1 ticket cost.

@airarabiagroup all I am asking is to refund at least 1 ticket fare. I don't understand why did the ground staff asked me to book another ticket despite having 1 and above all you guys are not providing refund of 1 ticket.

My dream trip turned into a nightmare. I was wrongfully deported from Jordan, even with valid documents & a return ticket. Stranded, humiliated, & forced to spend over ₹1 lakh on rebooking. Air Arabia charged me for for 2 return flights. Then @airarabiagroup denied a refund.
