It’s getting tiresome how media rely on commentators who policed 20 yrs ago. I’ve got some news for you Dixon of dock green, we do need visibility, but there’s a lot to do at a computer. We didn’t make the rules. We just have to work within them! #BoreOff

@BettyBoochichi2 That poor girl! Anything she did or didn't do would have had no bearing on the outcome . How the hell can a 3 yr constable be a tutor? When I did my probation none of my tutor group had less than 10 yrs service!

A rookie PC has apologised after she admitted making a series of blunders which left a future triple killer free to strike. Libbie-Mae Taylor was only 12 shifts into her job with Leics Police when she was called to the scene of a warehouse assault. dailymail.co.uk/news/article-1…

@S1ne999 @BettyBoochichi2 The poor lassie has been hung out to dry. Had he been arrested on the warrant who’s to say he’d have been jailed? A probationer with only 12 days carrying the can is pathetic.

This may be the shortest press release/update ever released! Short and to the point but it's taken way to long to happen and should have been immediately! #ThinBlueLine #policing #KrishnaOut

‘I didn’t say that. I didn’t say he was subject to a criminal investigation’ People have been suspended for asking questions, using their personal phones, seeding emails, yet here we have the Nat Sec oh so defensive over the CEO not yet being suspended having been arrested.

Here's a question for police X. You're in the pub with the 3 cops that nicked Windsor, Mandelson, and Krishna. Which one is getting bought the most pints? #ThinBlueLine

As branch after branch make statements attempting to distance themselves from today’s events - suggesting they had no idea as to what was going on or how this has happened - remember this recorded National Council meeting (attended by all branches), the DARVO tactic deployed to combat legitimate criticism and the deafening silence, lack of challenge and acquiescence of those police officers in attendance. Also, remember; Mark Jones, Rick Prior, Rich Cooke, Ste Hartshorn and many others - suspended within hours of “complaints” careers and reputations tarnished for matters which never came close to meeting the threshold of criminal investigation, let alone arrest - and yet here we are 12hrs after the arrest of the CEO on serious fraud offences and not a peep from @PFEW_HQ regarding his suspension or its own internal investigation…not that anyone would have any faith or confidence in said investigation given the complicity of the national board… but still, the inaction speaks volumes as they no doubt struggle with the question of do we double down and defend him and previous national secs, or do we pour petrol on the fire we created and fed and see how far it will spread? #BreakTheMonopoly
PFEW_Whistleblower@PFEW_Whistle

We take no pleasure in sharing this but it is important people see it. This is how the unelected CEO at @PFEW_HQ speaks to elected officials who disagree with him. Imagine what unfairly suspended officers and officials, staff past and present have had to deal with?

@Robzx6r In my experience, no. In the world of body worn cameras and endless accountability for frontline officers, it's actually very difficult to engage in corruption. Not so further up the tree it would appear.

The longer I'm in the job, the more I have questions about corruption at the highest level of Policing. Frontline cops are generally honest, hard working, & want to make a difference. Recent things I've discovered make me seriously question the integrity of some senior cops...

@PropperCop Corruption these days is more about the senior officers helping each other out, bury bad news and help each other with promotion.

@w1llthemarshal @SamCoatesSky Yes. I deal with stuff daily. But only when it's also linked to other offences. The new rebrand to Report Fraud is no less of a black hole so far unfortunately!

@PropperCop @SamCoatesSky Nah you’re right, but have you seen any other force actually properly investigate fraud since the black hole of action fraud was launched?

The CEO of the Police Federation of England and Wales has been arrested for corruption. Oh, and he earns £700k a year… Britain is broken. Britain needs Reform.

@ThompsonRollo @ZiaYusufUK Until there is an alternative, we don't have much choice. Legally, the only staff association we can join is the police federation. Fingers crossed that will soon change.

Keep them out of the way of frontline cops. The issue is that they then get put in a position to influence frontline decisions that put junior cops in awkward positions.
