@BullsLead Tre is very solid. Main reason Ayo and Coby were low value is it was a 30 game rental. Ayo for sure should have been kept, signed to a reasonable deal. Then either keep him or trade him while he’s on a great contract w years remaining. Terrible asset mgmt.

If you want to have some context for why Ayo and Coby weren't valued as much, look at Tre Jones. Solid numbers given his mins, but he played on subpar teams, and that kills value in the eyes of gms.

Why is it Jensen’s job to address this though? Which CEOs have had to address the fact that most US search and social media websites are banned in China? I guess Tim Cook has had to answer questions about the listing rules on the App Store? The US also effectively blocks Chinese made cars from entering its market, yet US cars are sold in China. Fundamentally this is an existential value question that’s hard if not unfair for private company CEOs to answer. If one genuinely believed that competition with China is existential, export controls to China shouldn’t stop at advanced tech level but should be aimed at all levels in all industries and areas to try to cripple China’s economic growth. China cannot survive without secure food and energy supply. So the US should go after the critical input into those industries too in order to get a leverage against China. Indeed some have argued that going after Venezuela and Iran was a strategic move to try to go after China, specifically their crude oil suppliers. Where do we draw the line? 🤷🏻‍♂️

Can someone explain why the US was still enforcing the blockade during a period of formal ceasefire when Iran had publicly committed to reopening the Strait of Hormuz and allowing ships to sail through but the US insists on the blockade until a deal was finalized? Just because?

I don't think so. Starting valuations are too high. The 2009/10 starting point benefited hugely from low valuations. That's why I'm investing in defensive, high dividend paying consumer staples while valuations are rich elsewhere. I'm just waiting for the next devaluation and clipping ~10% returns in the meantime.

@SBN_Ricky He played a smaller role on CHA than Bulls. Least min per game of his career. Coming off the bench to score. I always thought that was the spot for him and Ayo, a much more balanced 2 way player should have started and played more minutes. Both thriving the way I thought!
