It took 3 staff members to ignore me this evening - more worried about their break times. 🤷♂️

@virginmedia these threats have to stop! You’ve not sent a pack, I’ve requested another which hasn’t arrived - I can’t speak to anyone on the phone, the urls in your email send me to “Forbidden”, YOU are making this difficult!
Do I need to take this formally to @Ofcom

@virginmedia It’s IMPOSSIBLE to talk to anyone. The automation sends you in circles and then cuts you off. My relationship with them is over!

Hey @virginmedia - you’ve failed on the Broadband “One Switch” process and now I’m unable to cancel my services .
It’s impossible to speak to you via telephone because you’ve got so much call avoidance mechanisms in place.

Hey @monzo is it alright for a merchant to charge a 5% fee for using a Monzo card or any card for payment? Bar for example! I’d like to hear your thoughts please.

Hey @Tesco, your gents toilets at Clifton Moor are always FILTHY!
Today extra urine puddles on the floor along with a wet floor A board - someone put it there but didn’t bother to clean up.
Do these ever get checked?
