MAGA is in spin mode heralding the “red carpet treatment,” but the visit is already at a rocky start.
Instead of a presidential welcome, Trump was greeted by US Ambassador to China David Perdue; Xi’s vice president, Han Zheng; China’s Ambassador to Washington Xie Feng; and Executive Vice Minister of Foreign Affairs Ma Zhaoxu.

1. You’re clearly upset. There’s no need to take offense like this. We’re discussing sports.
2. I don’t need to clarify that they changed the clock. I only have so many characters.
3. He was clearly putting himself in a position to get T’d. That’s not playful. That’s taunting & poor judgment imo.
4. I never said that he should have been T’d, but he is 💯% fortunate the ref swallowed the whistle.
5. I played college football, high level travel basketball, and have covered pro/college sports for a while now.
Don’t let a simple disagreement lead you to calling people idiots.

Jon, I'm going to be respectful because all your takes aren't as garbage as this particular one. He didn't taunt the ref. The ref was telling Hurley they were checking the time. Hurley couldn't hear him so he playfully leaned in. Hurley obviously knows the ref.If you recall, they changed the clock from 0.3 to 0.4. You're the "Sports expert" do some research instead of making off the cuff statements as if there fact. Be thankful the ref :
1. Understood the situation.
2. Wasn't going to interject himself into the outcome of a hard fought game.
ANYONE that wanted that UConn team to potentially lose that game by an official making it about himself and not the game, by giving Hurley a tech is an idiot who's never competed in their lives. Weak!
