Regarding the OpenAI case, the judge & jury never actually ruled on the merits of the case, just on a calendar technicality.
There is no question to anyone following the case in detail that Altman & Brockman did in fact enrich themselves by stealing a charity. The only question is WHEN they did it!
I will be filing an appeal with the Ninth Circuit, because creating a precedent to loot charities is incredibly destructive to charitable giving in America.
OpenAI was founded to benefit all of humanity.

People are saying the ANC didn't get Mandela's memo. Actually they did. They just didn't care.
In hindsight, the most reasonable explanation is that the ANC only railed against corruption to beat the National Party, not because they opposed corruption in principle.

Dear @CityofCT @geordinhl @alanwinde, We have potholes all over the sidewalks in Bloubergstrand. You remember where that is, right? Not the Sea Point promenade, where all the money seems to go. Residents now have to jog and walk in the road just to avoid getting injured. I’ll give you credit for upgrading the parking areas to accommodate more tourists, but locals are getting increasingly fed up paying rates and tariffs for this kind of neglect. What exactly is happening in Cape Town with this systemic deterioration?
