Have @TPExpressTrains responded? The ticket inspector should be wearing a bodycam which would confirm the conversation. I’d to know 1. Do you as a company allow people to buy a ticket on board the train if the ticket office is closed.

No kidding, I have @northernassist @AvantiWestCoast and @TPExpressTrains Delay Repays webs bookmarked because this past year, not a single one of my journeys has arrived on time. I travel long dist to Cumbria 4-6 times a month and the bad service is shocking, from all of them 😭

Absolutely sorted us out today! Missed our initial train. The staff at Hull was unreal in helping us and then give us complimentary 1st class. then the staff at Leeds getting us on our way to Manchester was equally polite and helpful. Amazing service.

@TPEassist @TPExpressTrains When I queried on 6/6 about delay repay for journey on 8/5 I have been told that is now out of time and nothing is due. That was after being left at Oxenholme for over 3 hrs and repeated failure to provide alternative promised transport. Next stop the @RailOmbudsman
