I've already asked claude code this but it's solutions aren't working consistently *** How do I get claude code to consistently remember the tools it has at its disposal? *** Like it wrote a GAS helper script, but it won't remember that it exists. Or it will forget that it can post to slack, or telegram.

To get best out of AI you want to use the stick and carrot (most forget the carrot) - clear success conditions - gold-standard example file - tiny scoreboard for first-pass wins vs hook hits. The point is to make “clean execution” the shortest path, not just punish mistakes.

@Austen for claude... anytime there's a workflow have it create tasks first solves it most of the time

Why have LLMs all started to drop like 10% of all requests? Are they just all overwhelmed all the time? It’s crazy

@TomLibelt @naval I've made several replacement apps in just the last week. Each one was one-shot by Codex. Each one replaced a paid app.

AI coding agents can now deliver one-shot custom apps straight to your phone. It’s the beginning of the end for the iPhone’s dominance.

90% of all Claude workflow failures due to Claude creating its own hooks, routing, fixing harness It's sloppy as shit How to fix? show what claude did / explain what should have been done / have codex review the entire setup just like with code review It it puts the leash on too hard... loosen it later

I was told AI would destroy SaaS at this point. Most SaaS owners I know are up this year. I can fully vibe code anything I want and have made 15 apps. I have canceled zero SaaS products I use. HYROS my SaaS has grown. AI is amazing. The moon vibe boys are drunk.

Api or mcp. The work in browser thing sucks for now. Main thing here will be setting up a workflow so claude can review it's own work and iterate. Maybe even get a second opinion from codex or Gemini on each iteration. If setup correctly should get things right within 5 loops.

I love Hubspot (we use it) But I don't want to design landing pages anymore. I want claude to do my landing pages for me in Hubspot. I can't figure out how to solve this problem, though. Anyone know how to?

If you want to build a successful app AVOID indie hackers like the plague You might think it's just a group of people building software like you but they literally have the most anti-business mindset possible For starters: - They believe competition = bad - Their ultimate goal is 10k MRR (such low goal) - They think product > distribution - They avoid all forms of paid marketing - They all glaze the same X creators that made them think this "indie hacking" path is feasible You must unfollow all of these people and get them off your timeline otherwise you'll soon adopt their limiting beliefs

The ugliest ads often print the hardest I've spend over $500k on one creative into which I literally put 0 creative or copywriting effort The editing was shit, the copy was shit but the ad was extremely clear clarity > being a smartass any day

I've been quietly using @LittlebirdAI for months and it's become my secret weapon. It watches what I'm working on, learns how I operate, and shows up ready before I even ask. This is not a competitor to openclaw, or claude. It's what I call my 2nd brain. A place that captures everything I do at work, not just what I feed it. The "AI assistant" category is full of noise, this one has been actually delivering. They just raised $11M today (I'm not an investor, bummed they didnt ask) Even better is that they are a proud Hampton member. Congrats team!

This man has not built a company - or even worked at one - in this century and has no idea what he’s talking about. The disdain tech/VC bros have for marketing is getting more and more apparent as it increasingly is all that matters. (It’s always been all that matters) I used to read books from all these guys but their war stories from the board room are about as compelling as their marketing advice.
Bill Gurley@bgurley

Paid marketing is the crudest game you can play. It’s admitting you have no creativity. And actually restricts your creativity. Fire those that want to spend more. abovethecrowd.com/2012/09/04/the…
