There are FAR more good Star Wars projects than bad ones made under Disney and people falsely equate a decline in interest & viewership with a general narrative decline.
Under Disney, we had Andor, Rogue One, Rebels, Maul: Shadow Lord, Clone Wars S7, Mando S1 &2 and countless novels & comics that were fantastic. There is far more to love than hate in this franchise.

Nothing of value is lost by not engaging with Star Wars post Disney buy out. Only exception is Clone Wars' Final Season. Disney had George willing to help, had loads of books to pull from, and a fanbase who was dedicated. Yet, they took a piss on all of it.

I don't agree with this take.
The Lord of the Rings trilogy still holds up extremely well 20 years later.
In fact it still looks better than most of the CGI Marvel-type slop they keep pumping out.
Because it uses so many real physical settings and props.
The film industry has stagnated and totally lacks originality.
Classic movies from the early 2000's, the 90's and the 80's are still superior.
