The logic for tracking unique clicks is different on Tolt and Dub. At Tolt, we rely on cookies to identify unique users, while Dub seems to use IP addresses within a set time frame. This means the same user might be counted multiple times on Dub if the time frame (I believe 1 hour) passes or their IP changes.
