@zolve_official I've been a customer for ~5 years with significant spend. You removed debit card payment (my usual) with no email/SMS notice, which caused a 7 day delay on a ~$50 bill. This feels like material servicing change without notice. CS refused help. Please review this.

@talkspace absolutely predatory with the cancellation policy. Imagine someone going through a tough time mentally and then Talkspace slapping a $80 fee on them. Not even running that fee through insurance.

@HyattConcierge I linked my Hyatt and Peloton accounts, and then completed 20-30 minute rides a day for two days on Peloton bikes at Grand Hyatt. I call the explorist line and they say my accounts aren't linked. I have screenshots confirming accounts are linked. What's happening?

@Fidelity Can non resident aliens (NRA) for tax purposes as defined by IRS open an HSA account online? I see an online HSA application; I also see that NRA need provide a W-8BEN with TIN details as mentioned in T&C pdf after opening an HSA account online. Can you confirm this?

@AskLyft I got 0 assistance. I get the same message I got from Lyft support. What do I have to show for the days I spent with support? My ride was wrongfully cancelled and I was still charged a fee. The ride never showed up. Also, this is how good your app is. Shows nothing:

@lyft You have a really great customer service. My ride didn't show up and it was cancelled eventually. I was charged $5.55 for it. And when I challenged, I am given a Lyft credit that expires in a month that I didn't ask for. Refund my money to the payment source. Service - 0/10

@Venmo Venmo support is just griefing me saying security flags are up on my account but not providing be with a solution or a time frame by when the issue will be resolved. Venmo me the money they said, if only it worked.

@RahulB02345359 @YESBANK @BookMyForex Exactly me experience. Also, the hold amounts that us retailers usually charge is reversed in 3 days at most, but bookmyforex/yesbank take 30 days. You get what you pay for. Buy forex card from hdfc or other reliable banks.

@BookMyForex You've charged me $27 (before money reached the beneficiary bank account) on two wires I made this month to two different beneficiary bank accounts. You haven't mentioned this anywhere and your customer service also didn't mention this. No response since a week.

$27 was charged by SMB bank's intermediary bank partner that is JP Morgan Chase. I've sent the fedwire details over email. This is not isolated as both my transactions incurred the same charges by the same intermediary bank - JPMC. This reeks of a scam. No response since a week.

@myntra @MyntraSupport I requested deactivation of my account to stop the email and message spam temporarily but the span hasn't stopped and customer support are saying I can't reactivate my account, which wasn't informed to me when I called many times earlier.
