@aniagabb Hi Ania. That must have been disappointing news to receive today. Unfortunately our gift cards automatically expire in two years unless a balance check or part purchase is carried out within the two years. I'm afraid there is no way to reactivate them once expired.^Tony

@JohnLewisRetail Hi, I was wondering if you can help. We’ve just been to John Lewis and were told a few of our gift vouchers have expired 😞 these were gifts when I went on maternity leave. Is there any way to reactivate these? Many thanks

@emirates My father passed away 3 weeks ago.He was a regular with emirates with Skywards points.We’ve been advised by a solicitor to transfer these points to a family member. I’m shocked that to transfer its $15 per 1000 miles? Is this correct? Even if the family member has died?
