@DrinkCirkul part 3: I am not feeling very protected. I received my shipping confirmation for both orders today (12 days after I presumably placed two orders within 45 seconds of each other). In the meantime, I reached out to them 8 days ago.

@DrinkCirkul part2: I reached out and received two boilerplate responses until I finally got a human who told me, sorry... no refunds!! I was. it asking for a refund, the order had not been shipped! Still no. “We do this to protect our customers”. That is a lie!!

@tacobellcare I stand in store # 00167 after placing a mobile order at 10:30pm, 45min later. I watch while they fumbled with extremely high traffic and zero customer focus. I was dismissed, ignored, finally when they finally placed my order manually, I waited 20 more minutes.
