What Savannah is experiencing is part of a divine plan. She is being tested. As for her questioning of Jesus Christ, many argue that he demonstrated omniscience. Heartbreaking.
13-month-old baby boy Preston Davey was placed for adoption with a same-sex couple in Grimsargh. Within months, he was allegedly raped and killed.
Jamie Varley (36) faces murder, multiple sexual assaults on the child, cruelty, and extreme porn charges. His partner John McGowan-Fazakerley (31) also charged. Both plead not guilty.
The trial starts this month in Preston Crown Court.
How did social services think this was a safe home for a vulnerable baby?

North Carolina parents allegedly subjected their 6 children (ages 1-15) to some of the worst abuse ever seen by prosecutors.
Father Lacy Douglas Hocutt Jr, 34, is charged with multiple counts of statutory rape of children under 15.
A 13-year-old boy was kept locked in a dog kennel, so severely underweight it was life-threatening. He now rocks back and forth screaming “You’re never getting out” the exact words allegedly screamed at him while trapped.
The home was so filthy investigators needed full protective gear. The children could not read or write, had untreated scoliosis, rotting teeth and major health problems.
Mother Rachelleigh Marie Galasso, 33, is charged with multiple counts of negligent child abuse causing serious injury.
Both arrested April 1 and held without bond.
