Just as a follow-up, I've been informed by trusted sources that you can in fact desync without limiting, but it is much more difficult to do without a poor connection or VPN and requires loadout swapping for a much longer period of time. However, I have personally never heard of or seen people doing this without limiting (especially not in a day 1), and this behavior is without a doubt inextricably associated with the cheating community. In my eyes, anyone trying to use this video as a cop-out is no doubt doing so in order to avoid responsibility, as anyone that is aware of this exploit is also blatantly aware of its implications and reputation, and deserves the fallout that comes with it.
