@jerzzhang really cool, going to steal some stuff from you. working on something similar. I made my own transcriber pipeline because granola was to bad in telling speakers apart from each-other. building everything feels a bit like procrastination sometimes though.

I'm a chronic tinkerer of my own schedule and process. Recently it compounded into Nerve, the multiagent OS that runs my life AND Finch (Series B, 100+ employees). 3,000+ brain notes, 145 background jobs, agents running on Ralph loops.🧵

Still figuring out: full auto-cycle from novel idea to shipped output. The middle requires human unblocking. Some days it feels like agent farming, StarCraft micro on multiple loops at once. If you've cracked this I would love to trade notes.

Flying out from Dialog's conference. It was like Twitter if everyone was trying to understand. Open conversations, uncomfortable topics, high intellectual bar, multiple industries. I'm leaving having actually learned many new things. I need to go to more conferences like this.
