AMEX MRCC can be your best fuel card — if used smartly ⛽ Assume ₹20K fuel spend/month (₹2.4L/year): • MR earned: 2,000/month → 24,000/year • Joining fee: ₹1,000 + GST • 4,000 MR credited on fee payment • From next year onward, annual fee is waived on ₹1.5L+ spends • Conservative value: 1 MR = ₹0.6 👉 Value ≈ ₹14,400 → ~6% return on fuel spends (Can be much higher with smart MR redemption) MRCC not available directly? 1️⃣ Apply for AMEX Platinum Reserve americanexpress.com/en-in/referral… 2️⃣ Once delivered, immediately apply for downgrade to MRCC via the downgrade link t.co/eA7zEe5qiM 3️⃣ If needed, Platinum Reserve can be cancelled within 30 days without activation— no fees ⚠️ PS: The downgrade link is live right now and can be removed anytime by AMEX. Fuel spends rarely earn rewards for most cards — MRCC still does.

I was almost about to lose the 3,000 reward points 😅 While I did receive ₹1K + ₹4K cashback from HSBC Travel One and even a surprise ₹250 Amazon voucher 🎁, the 3K reward points were still missing. Called customer care and turns out I was short by ₹6K in spending because of a refund that got adjusted. Easy to miss. If your milestone reward is pending too, don’t assume it’ll auto-credit. Reach out to customer care and double-check your eligible spend before the timeline closes ⏳💳
