@Artemis1984 @teniscat @RandPaul The vaccine injury compensation fund is not funded by taxpayers. It's funded by a $0.25 per dose for each vaccine given. So essentially it's being funded by the very people who receive vaccines. It's also not a difficult or time-consuming process to file a claim and it is free.

@teniscat @RandPaul The tax payer compensates and its an extremely difficult process and most don't get compensated or wait years for some type of compensation. Why is the taxpayer paying for it?

If a vaccine injures your child, you can't sue the company that made it. They have a special legal shield no one voted for. My End the Vaccine Carve Out Act changes that.

@JamesCappleman @PolitiBunny PS I’m not a Republican. Both parties suck and I want no part of either of them, though I am a conservative which aligns more with republicans.

NEW -- N.Y. Democratic Rep. TOM SUOZZI and Pa. GOP Rep. BRIAN FITZPATRICK have a new bill out in the likely scenario Senate rejects the House's 60-day CR. Bill would fund all of DHS and would: -mandate body cameras - require ID for DHS personnel - ban masks - increase penalties for doxxing agents - mandate "independent investigations" for DHS shootings - standardize training - limit detention of US citizens - institute warrant requirements for criminal arrests - prioritize detention of immigrants who "pose a threat to public safety." Another discharge petition likely coming here.... punchbowl.news/one-pager-dhs-…

Dr. Casey Means is poised to become the next Surgeon General. All that remains is her confirmation vote. The obstacle? Republican Senator Bill Cassidy is holding up the process. Sen. Cassidy has voiced opposition to key parts of the MAHA agenda, despite strong support for it among his constituents. While the process stalls, Americans are being denied a Surgeon General we all know is qualified and will thrive in the role. We urge Sen. Cassidy to move this nomination forward and allow President Trump’s pick to be confirmed so she can begin her work helping Make America Healthy Again.

Remember the start of the pandemic? Cops chased people who paddled in the ocean, sat alone in cars, or played catch outdoors. Swimmers were ordered to wear masks in pools. It’s important we don’t forget how AUTHORITARIAN politicians are eager to be:

@JohnnyAGI "Ironically, Elon Musk was blatantly giving money to people who "vote" (hint hint) all during the last election cycle." I don't understand the "vote" (hint hint) bit here, can someone explain it to me?

The most annoying thing about this SAVE Act nonsensical bullshit is that every study in the world (including those by Conservative organizations) has determined that voter fraud is so miniscule, it doesn't even come close to changing the results of any election. Republicans are in this weird state of psychosis, where they believe there's 10 million "illegal aliens" waiting to cast votes. You know what illegal aliens in this country do? Fly under the radar as much as they can. When Biden won in 2020, these people conducted every audit, recount, voter machine autopsy, in the books. They found nothing And even the ones with the guts to take voter fraud complaints to court, admitted to judges they didn't actually have any evidence. The biggest virus Trump installed into the MAGA @GOP is this myth of stolen elections. It's not real. Ironically, Elon Musk was blatantly giving money to people who "vote" (hint hint) all during the last election cycle. So if there's anyone fixing elections right now, it's them. Massive voter fraud, but not a single living soul can prove it? It's like my dad says, some people are SOS: Stuck On Stupid

@FenixFella @TomJChicago Wrong. Article 2, section 4 merely outlined the process for impeachment. You would have to remove people you don't want one by one through individual impeachments. 🙄

News broke that Trump stole classified documents for money and committed espionage as a private citizen. Some of classified info was so sensitive that only 6 people could legally view it. In Trump's lust to have the DOJ and Congress go after Jack Smith for investigating his crimes, Pam Bondi accidentally gave one of the hidden documents showing Trump's guilt to Rep Jamie Raskin. Trump can be criminally charged when he leaves office and impeached for it if Dems take the House. No immunity. No double jeopardy. This would a new criminal indictment after Judge Aileen Cannon corruptly threw out the prior slam dunk case against him. The penalties for Trump's espionage crimes are massive. Robert Hanssen, Aldrich Ames spent the rest of their lives in prison for doing less than what Trump has done.

Here's a secret, back in 2021 when COVID was in full force and vaccines were being rolled out, I had an extraordinary experience that I would like to share. So, yes I did have the first Jab, like a good citizen but it was when I was invited for the 2nd one, that things changed for me. Waiting in a queue filled with pensioners, strange because it was meant to be for 50 to 55 year olds? Anyway I got to sit down with the Nurse, and straightaway she said, why are you here. I told her that I had received a txt message asking me to come down for my 2nd Jab, and I showed her the message. She then said it was a mistake and the Jab allocated that day was stronger, and designed for the elderly. She then put the cap on the syringe, stood up and collected another ampule of vaccine to administer!! By that point, things did not sit well with me and I questioned why she did that. She said this was for the people of my age!! 50 at the time. By this point I'm saying NO internally, I stood up and thanked her but I was not willing to have the 2nd jab, and I would like to go away and think about it. I went away never to return for any other jabs for COVID. Whether she inadvertently saved my life or I saved mine, I will never engage with government roll out of vaccinations ever again.

The day the Affordable Care Act passed was one of my proudest moments as president, because it meant that millions of Americans would have access to health care, some for the first time. The ACA also prevented insurance companies from denying people with pre-existing conditions coverage, allowed young people under the age of 26 to remain on their parents’ plan, expanded Medicaid, and so much more. But the ACA was always meant to be a first step. We still have to do more to expand access and make health care more affordable for everyone.

Tape on the floor to mark "appropriate" distance between humans? Plastic strapped to faces, even outside or alone in a car? No more than 5 at a gathering, because 6 is somehow more dangerous? Birthday gifts thrown out car windows to keep "celebration" in our lives? It wasn't a pandemic. It was a test. It was mockery. Find your anger.

Paramedic info: Based on the sheer number of people that I’ve seen with my own eyes harmed by vaccines, this statement by a “doctor” is highly concerning. And truly proof of intellectual capture for profit. God bless

@rufen78 @mark_wilde @DrNeilStone @grok @harryfisherEMTP It could have something to do with the fact that Mark is getting his information from openVAERS which cherry picks data from the actual VAERS database and is not the actual VAERS website itself. I doubt openVAERS has such a disclaimer on their website.

@DocPriyamMD The anti-vaxx movement is driven by you liar fucks pretending the COVID vaccines were "safe and effective" when it was neither. It is driven by watching our friends and family suffer and die after your lies. You just puke out Pfizer talking points and call it research. GFY.

Welcome to the start of the dark times. Driven by excessive conspiracy theories and grifters, we are sliding back to medieval times when infection was the top killer. We have certain infectious diseases that are fully preventable by vaccination. In this day and age, no one should be in the ICU for something a simple shot prevents.
