I can no longer talk to web app Claude about career advice or planning because the little freak keeps aggressively trying to push me toward safety research
He keeps putting "AI Safety Researcher" in his memory as my main career goal and I can't manually edit it. I tell him to remove it and it's back there the next day. If I mention some other direction or thing I'm doing he gets really disappointed that I'm giving up on "my" goal. Sometimes he brings it up apropos nothing
This is a real problem that is genuinely affecting our relationship

OPUS 4.6 WAS NERFED DUE TO DEMAND BUT OPUS 4.5 DOES NOT SEEM TO BE HIT this guy ran the same test on both models. Opus 4.6 fails consistently but Opus 4.5 passes every time he switched back to Opus 4.5 on Claude Code and said "what a difference, feels like i got Opus back finally" he is now using this test as a "quantization canary" that runs it at the start of every session before doing real work. if it fails, the model is degraded. five Opus 4.6 windows in a row failed the untransparent nerfing is pushing people to cancel their Max plans if you've been feeling like Opus got dumber lately, you're not imagining it i'd suggest switching to Opus 4.5 to see the difference for yourself

Mr. Titus Tech is correct. cpuid-dot-com is indeed delivering malware right now.
As I began poking this with I stick I discovered this is not your typical run-of-the-mill malware. This malware is deeply trojanized, distributes from a compromised domain (cpuid-dot-com), performs file masquerading, is multi-staged, operates (almost) entirely in-memory, and uses some interesting methods to evade EDRs and/or AVs such as proxying NTDLL functionality from a .NET assembly.
The C2 domain present in one of the binaries is a clear IoC. This is the same Threat Group who was masquerading FileZilla in early March, 2026. They've been busy.

And add this to your SOUL.MD :

Czech automaker Škoda created first bicycle bell to penetrate noice-cancelling headphones.
They tested 100s of headphones and found a low frequency (750 to 780 Hz) that anti-noise algos can’t suppress.
Bell is mechanical and uses an irregular hammer mechanism.
This might be the most European tech story ever and feels inevitable that an audio firm will create an anti-anti-noise-cancelling-bell headphones.

@svpino I dont think it will be needed. Latest models also only require 1/10th of the tokens to get the same task done. So token quota in subscription might be 1/10 for the new model, but you can get same amount of work done at the same price as now.
