Sharing for the benefit for all the people considering @Tataev , my 3 year old Nexon EV needs a battery replacement under warranty. But for over 2 weeks, the service center is not able to provide a confirmed date citing “non availability” of parts ! @TataMotors @TataEVClub

Appreciate your intent 🙏! I will seriously give it a shot to try for a loaner which is still a compromise for no fault of mine I just expected better out of Tata. I have been failed multiple times by their dealerships, service center and customer service. Thanks again for the idea.

@muralysunam @Tataev @TataMotors @TataEVClub 54k on odometer . The battery is unreliable . It can go down from say 45% to O% in 10 mins of driving . Has left me stranded on road multiple times .

Dear @Tataev @TataMotors I want to inform you today about my car battery complaint. I've had my car battery replaced twice, but still haven't received a suitable one. I've been running from pillar to post at various service centers for quite some time. They want 2 3 days to check

Here's my Crazy China Story! One of the best way to buy products that you need for China is ordering them from Taobao. The challenge with that is it needs a phone number and a local address. I had shared this in the past that most good hotels will allow it, just make sure to email and take an approval. Always give a local number as Chinese deliver guys can call. Now once, I took their approval I ordered 1 parcel and confirmed if they have received it post it was marked delivered, received affirmative. BUT! Then came their 11.11 Sale, I saw the prices and realised that it was real and I started ordering one by one and by the time I was finished it was a total of 38 products, and atleast 30 unique orders with different shapes and sizes, ranging from small size testers to big luggages, product over worth Lakhs. I took a leap of faith and was waiting for my check in date. The day I reached my hotel, I reminded them about my orders and thankfully I could see that they had kept is differently all under my name, was very happy went to my room and started matching the order. By the end of it, I realised that I had atleast 4 orders missing. I reached back to them, they took screenshot of the tracking, delivery guys number and requested 24 hours. I thought it's a goner, I started taking it as a loss however next day when I was coming back after the whole day of exploration, the manager came to me in the lobby, had a printed report which had all the details on what, why and where, he explained that the missing items were sent under the customer name "P" which they could find only after they investigated and they have now delivered those items to my room and they were extremely apologetic about it. This was a very reassuring moment, in all honestly for me those products were gone and I couldn't have done anything and neither was I thinking of doing anything but their honesty and pro active nature of solving customers issue won me over! As I had said, stay away from politics and most of social media narrative. Chinese folks are pretty solid and their customer service, handling in all the sectors that I could test was second to none.

@ferrarirules86 @Tataev @TataMotors @TataEVClub i'd be happy if the dealership was courteous to share such a timeline, it cannot be left open-ended. I did not buy a car to use it at a limited capacity for sit at a service center for months.

@rishabjain @Tataev @TataMotors @TataEVClub Battery replacements under warranty take time. If your car was facing issue before specific percentage, yiu can take the car back and use it till the time you get the replacement You are also entitled to loaner car or reimbursement of daily cab fare
