**Giggle v Tickle updates** • Tickle has applied to cross appeal, wanting the decision upgraded from “indirect discrimination” to “direct discrimination” + more $$$ in damages and $$$ in aggravated damages. • The Australian Human Rights sex discrimination Commissioner has once again applied to intervene. They intervened as amicus curiae in Tickle v Giggle and interpreted the law to favor gender identity over sex/legal sex over biological sex. • The Australian Christian Lobby has applied to intervene on the side of sex based rights. • The case management hearing is scheduled for February 12 at the Federal Court in Sydney. • It is likely that the appeal will be heard in August, 2025. This appeal is to the full Federal Court. That means 3 Federal Court judges not 1. Due to the cross appeal, the hearing is likely to go for 3-4 days rather than the usual 1 in an appeal. • The reason the Giggle appeal is to the full Federal Court and not the High Court is because the Tickle v Giggle decision got both facts about the case & facts about the law wrong. So it remains a Federal Court matter. • After a full Federal Court appeal decision, the side who didn’t get the decision in their favor can apply to go to the High Court. As I have said from the very beginning, I am willing to do that if that is what is necessary. • The Giggle legal team is Stuart Wood AM KC, Bridie Nolan, Anca Costin and Katherine Deves. • The next updates will be after the case management hearing & will address whether the cross appeal & interveners were permitted. • As always, thank you everyone for the endless support. The Canadian justice system has ruled that the definition of a woman ("an adult human female") can be refused public display on the grounds that it threatens the safety of certain categories of person. Consider the implications of this act.

I recently started a Facebook page & it created an opportunity to look through all interviews I’ve ever done, to archive them so I can eventually show my daughter that I used to go on TV to say men aren’t women (🤪). This is the very first interview I ever did in Australia. 7/2/21. 11 months before I received the Australian Human Rights Commission Complaint for not accepting that men can be women.

Correct. There is a US bill to establish a Museum of Women's History at the Smithsonian. It was very bipartisan. Republicans in Congress amended the bill to clarify that men don't count as women. Democrats withdrew support.

What's the actual endgame here? How far does this redefinition of sex go before it falls apart from its own contradictions? If 'woman' means self-ID overrides biology, we're supposed to believe a uterus or ovaries are irrelevant background noise, but say 'I identify as' and suddenly that's the deciding factor. Biology gets shoved aside for a sentence? We've gone from basic facts to straight-up make-believe rules. The mental twists are straight-up embarrassing at this point.

This is a talking point that is just going to go round in circles, in part because there is a portion of society that wants to put the nail in feminisms coffin & thinks this could be the way to do it. It’s undeniable that women have fallen for this nonsense and, in some cases, are the staunchest defenders of it. A depressing amount of women have fallen for it. I liken those women to the women who didn’t want women to get the vote. There was a depressing amount of them too. Were they the reason women didn’t have the vote? No. Men who claim to be women are the most powerful force in this ideology. They need foot soldiers, sure, but they’re the ones actually doing the most damage. They’re the bomb, so to speak.
