Such bunch of wankers at @Bajaj_Finance. On 19th May I had sent a request for LOD and OS amount to close the ongoing HL & i haven’t yet got the details. In another incident I went to their branch for renewal of FD giving photo copies of photo id (I got stamped acknowledgement)

And after 5 days I get a call, “sir you haven’t submitted photo id, please submit at the earliest.” I argued saying I have an acknowledgment from the staff about it, blatant reply comes, the staff may not have checked whether you handed over the photo id or no. Bloody idiots
