NEW: Federal Medicaid money was secretly diverted from Fla First Lady Casey DeSantis' charity to two Florida Republican political committees -- half of it ($5 million) to her own husband's PAC.

The charity then awards phony $5m "grants" to two dark-money groups, one operated by @FLChamber. ⬇️⬇️ 4.
