@tomdowns28 Hello, apologies for the cancellation, you can travel on any TransPennine Express, Northern, or LNER service within the two hours before or after your cancelled service. You can use your first class ticket (subject to availability.) ^Kim

@LNER @LNER would it be possible to discuss in more detail. There is only one Newcastle - Oxford (direct) service which departs at 14:35 so if I miss that, I would have to take journeys with multiple changes/stops. I just worry 12 mins isn’t a lot of time.

@tomdowns28 Good afternoon, Thomas. You will need to rebook the new journey, and then apply for a refund on the unwanted journey. Just so you know, 12 minutes is more than enough time to change platforms. If your first service is delayed, your ticket will be valid on your connecting service.

@LNER I wish to change part of a booking. I’m travelling from EDI - Oxford in 2 stages on 05/09 (EDI - Newcastle, Newcastle - Oxford). The train I booked via LNER only leaves 12 mins at NEW between arrival and departure. Can I take an earlier service from EDI - NEW? Thanks
