Except the reality is it will be used for capabilities like advanced threat detection via surveillance, and autonomous weapon systems capabilities (selection, targeting, execution). All capabilities our adversaries will lead us in if we do no lead the charge. How so many people ignore this and indirectly support us being at a strategic disadvantage in defense capabilities makes no sense to me.
