Parameters are customizable via Aestus's URL in mev-boost. To receive a bid after 200 ms but no later than 1000 ms into the slot: `?headerDelay=200&headerCutoff=1000` The article explains some additional considerations. But our defaults are great for most cases!

Our main goal is to reinforce the level playing field between validators. We aim for an aggressive delay, but use various latency estimates to ensure bid delivery and network health. This design is opt-out to provide improved bids for stakers regardless of sophistication.
