so there are some situations but they are rare, if you have an underactive thyroid or some kind of condition that inhibits your metabolism you can eat well under calorie deficit and still gain weight, there's medications to improve these conditions but they last for life.
Now before I get replies about this, I am not saying every fat person has these conditions.. many claim to but are bullshitting, for the majority yes they just need to eat less but in some RARE cases calorie deficit isn't the be all and end all.

Smoking is cool, it has always been cool and will always be cool. You shouldn't smoke because it's absolutely horrible for you. It's why we all quit, but it doesn't change the fact that it's cool.
Caveat: It is extremely uncool if you're fat. It just makes you look like an out of control animal with no self control and you look like you're going to drop dead. Gotta pick one poison at the most.

Every molecule, including vitamins and nutrients, have a “scary chemical name” that few people will recognize, which is why this video is just disingenuous fearmongering.
And the dosages were fucked up horribly, especially if that was relatively pure cyanocobalamin, which is a vitamer of B12, an extraordinarily potent vitamin with a daily recommended allowance of 2.4 μg. Granted it is a B vitamin, pretty much impossible to overdose on, but that’s the reason it’d be a complete waste to take a large dose.
