College Coach Spring Recuiting Tips & Reminders: 1. Get an early morning workout. (Physically & Spiritually) 2. Schedule your first visit of the day. 3. Always find out if there is an opportunity to avoid checking in at the front desk. 4. Be on high alert when entering/departing High School Parking Lot. Most dangerous driving area of your travels. 5. If you have to go number 2, hotel lobbies offer clean private restrooms. Home Depot or Lowe’s are a a quality second choice. 6. It is worth taking 30 minutes to enjoy a sit down lunch. Refocuses and energizes you for the rest of the day. 7. Seeing an athlete train live is the ultimate evaluation. Find time to see as many compete as possible. 8. Be honest and professional with everyone, especially the high school coach. 9. Take your time and do a complete evaluation at every high school. It is not how many high schools you hit in a day, it’s how through and accurate a job you do at each stop. 10. Recruiting is like shaving. If you don’t do it everyday it’s shows 11.
