U.S. District Judge William Campbell’s ruling prevents the NCAA from enforcing eligibility rules against Pavia temporarily. This decision allows Pavia to continue his career & opens the door for JUCO athletes to seek additional eligibility. HS athletes may be seeing a shift to them needing to go to JUCO in order to compete with already experienced college players.
