You should 100% get one of your friends verified accounts (buy the blue mark) and then from there you will get access to their pro support chat. Real human. I lost my personal account for advertising and got the same message as you but for Facebook (owned by the same company) and then they will be able to make a human review of your account from the support. They will open a case for it. Literally how I was able to save my account from this. Then once your friend has the blue mark you can contact support from that persons account and send your account id / username so they can create the case. Do this asap! Literally the only thing that works for this. Their pro support is really good

This is how @Meta wrongful AI decision can destroy a business I spent 12 years building. My Instagram account @tinakriisss with 207K+ followers was disabled by mistake after identity verification. No real explanation. No real human support. Just automated errors and silence. Now a company I worked with for over 4 years is terminating our long-term contract because my main business platform is gone. They are asking for a refund because I can’t deliver the campaigns I was paid for. I paid for Meta Verified Premium. I contacted support. I sent documents. I tried every recovery option. I am still being ignored.
