@NoFilterSkin This, been wearing it for 3 years now and have probably been stopped once or twice a week on average, often from people just passing me on the street. My team at work say they know when I’m coming in because they can smell me 😄

Lovely people, I’m having to ask for your help again and though I know it’s ok to ask for help when you need it, it still leaves me feeling embarrassed and ashamed. Sales are at an all time low and my basic outgoings keep skyrocketing (1/4)

@Gibson_U_Witch @JoeBangles11 I brought 10mg tablets from the Biovea website originally because I wasn’t sure what dose I needed, I slept for 15 hours! I’m sorry you’ve had your ME for so long, I had it for several years as a teenager and can’t imagine suffering for so long.

For the last 20 years I've woken up around every 90-120 minutes throughout the night, without fail. It hasn't affected my life so have never bothered doing anything about it. Has anyone else suffered from this and have you ever found a way to stop it? I appreciate these are probably questions for my doctor, but unless I'm at deaths door I never bother with them.

APPEAL FOR PEOPLE TO ATTEND FUNERAL OF VETERAN WHO HAS NO FAMILY 🚨💔RAF A heartfelt appeal has been made for members of the public to attend the funeral of a 91-year-old RAF veteran who has no surviving family. John Thomas Gray, originally from Boldon Colliery, passed away on 3 August. With no relatives left behind, only a few photographs were found among his possessions. Mr Gray’s funeral will take place at 9am on Wednesday, 3 September, at South Shields Crematorium. Despite his service in the Royal Air Force, no standard bearer or bugler has been made available for the service. The Royal British Legion has said they are unable to assist without Mr Gray’s regimental number. Friends and organisers have described the situation as deeply sad and are calling on the community to come together to ensure Mr Gray does not make his final journey alone. Richard Dalton Funerals and organiser Tracy Curren are appealing for anyone who can act as a standard bearer, particularly from the RAF, or a bugler to get in touch. Ex-service personnel and members of the public are also warmly invited to attend and pay their respects. The message from organisers is clear: “No veteran should go on his final journey alone.” 📍 Funeral details: Date: September 3rd (Wed) Time: 9am Venue: South Shields Crematorium Contact: Richard Dalton Funerals (0191 7070770) or Tracy Curren

@aquitainexox I’m in Dorset so sadly too far away, but I hope John gets the respect he has earnt at his last goodbye. I was incredibly touched when members of my dads regiment unexpectedly came to pay their respects at his funeral.
