The dichotomy between LLM capability with "real" code vs test code is staggering "600 tests, all pass!" almost certainly means none of the tests are good. Mocking, "gracefully" skipping if dependencies are missing, only checking return codes but not errors, dumb string matching

@DuffusMonkey Oh yikes! Hope he's ok now! There are a bunch of good sculptors out there that you can subscribe too (patreon, MyMiniFactory, etc). For $10 you can get dozens of amazing models. Not useful for wargaming, but really great for painting and dioramas!

@BreakingTaps He did have to buy a Resin Dryer after a Trip to the Emergency Room to treat a resin burn in his eye. I tried to 3D scan a Warhammer Figurine with my Einstar scanner but the detail just wasn't sharp enough. Luckily you can download tons of scans

Dusting off an old hobby! I forgot how Zen it was to put on headphones and just paint for a few hours. Didn't go exactly to plan, but happy enough with how it turned out 😊

Starting to learn manual layout, don't love KLayout (still need to try Magic). Decided it would be fun to build an EDA tool while I learned 😊 Basic editing tools, a visual layer stack, real time DRC. Still implementing the full set of DRC, but it's a good learning exercise
