@SeanTourangeau We want all these series to interact but with budgeting levels this would never happen. They use holograms cause the set backdrop is too expensive. Cameos of existing characters is also too expensive to handle in short seasons.

What I would have liked was for the Academy series to have been set in the Picard Era. You could have used some of the same cast but with set after Picard you could have had chances of seeing Legacy characters show up again from time to time to mentor the JV crew as they learn. It wouldn’t have been Legacy but would have gave us a taste. @StarTrek #starfleetacademy Just my 2cents.

I've never been a fan of Afroman's work, just not my style and, honestly, the talent just isn't there. But if you didn't read up on his trial where a bunch of cops who illegally raided his house, stole his money, and ate his food tried to sue him for defamation when he put them all on blast, you're doing yourself a disservice. The audacity of these cops trying to sue for violating his rights (and further trying to violate his 1A rights after the fact) is off the chart, and the way he humiliated them in court (and continues to do so) is something that should be made into a documentary. JUST IN: Afroman drops a banger before the lawsuit against him goes to court Monday in Adams County, Ohio. Afroman just released “Batteram Hymns of the Police Whistle Blower” a day before the lawsuit heads to court. Adams County sheriffs are suing Joseph Foreman for defamation, invasion of privacy, and intentional infliction of emotional distress for featuring them in his music videos from the night they raided and vandalized his house and allegedly stole $400. In the new song and video, he calls the deputies out by name, packed with videos photos from the raid and some AI to make it comical. Pretty ballsy.

literally just chased my doordasher down to get my fucking food.... bitch tried to run off with my food... I was not having it.... Got my burrito and extra chicken for it though!!! She saw me pull up at the parking lot after realizing she was trynna time out the order delivery and hope I cancel.... I went up to Chipotle to reorder but they were closed... saw her... pulled up and saw her go "SHIT!" and speed off..... got my food and you are reported to Doordash and the police for the speed dash and trynna brake check my front end and cutting lanes <3 W!

As a Gen Xer, I can tell you boomers and even my own generation comparing their 20s to today’s 20-30 year-olds needs to stop. I paid $600 for a West Hollywood apartment at 23. Today it’s $3500. Burgers weren’t $20, they were $6 to $8 in a nice restaurant. Life is not comparable. It’s a completely different world now.

I’ve had this post pinned to my profile since early November 2024 because of what it represented to me: my daughter’s first time exercising her right to vote. My belief, despite having doubts, in the democratic process. My belief in a movement and person I felt would fight for real change. I recently unpinned it given what I am experiencing … feelings of betrayal, confusion, anger, gullibility. And instead of fellow patriots understanding these very real feelings MANY are experiencing, we are met with insults (doomer, panican, libtard) completely unwarranted and childish AF. I’ll say it again, it takes a helluva lot more courage to go against the grain than to be a simp for it. RIP to the America I longed for and tried to believe in. 😢

After finally watching #Transformers The Movie. I understand why kids were upset after seeing it. It's the freaking Red Wedding for 10 yr olds. After the first 30 minutes you didn't want to see your favorite character on screen for fear they would die next. Good lord.

It’s official. They’re fucking winging this. Yes this MEU was scheduled for an April deployment to INDOPACOM but it will take: - 22 days to get to the PG at max speed sustained (which means no port visits or stops) - 30 days to get there at average cruising speed. So clean up or backup for an unplanned amphibious campaign? No one knows. They’re winging it. At this point prepare for mobilization of the 82nd airborne, 75th Rangers, 10th Mountain and all the SOF in the world. Trump needs and offramp or this war will go on for the next year after he declares victory.

JUST IN: Trump’s handpicked Commission of Fine Arts approved a general design for a 24k gold commemorative coin for the U.S. 250th anniversary featuring Trump’s image. “I motion to approve this as presented, and with the strong encouragement that you make it as large as possible, all the way to three inches in diameter,” the commission’s vice chair, James McCrery, said. Today, an administrative immigration judge ordered the deportation of Rafael Rubio, a City Council employee. This is an affront to justice. A dedicated public servant with legal authorization to remain in the country, Rafael showed up for a routine immigration appointment and, despite following the rules, he was detained and has now been held for months. He should be immediately released.
