My appeal was rejected.
Smashcast plays the same intro each night. This ONE playback is age restricted for the intro of… fully clothed ai characters playing music.
They claim it violates YouTube’s “sex and nudity” policy.
It took @TeamYouTube a week to reach this conclusion.
YouTube’s system is beyond broken.

This has to stop. AI, if you're going to use it YouTube, should be used as tool to filter, not be the decision maker. Humans need to be the decision maker.

Since my channel got demonetized my mental health has been getting worse. I’m really confused and don’t know what to do. I have financial responsibilities at home and now I’m not earning anything. My sleep schedule is completely disturbed and even my physical health is getting worse. In these 37 days I’ve lost around 2 kg of weight. For the past 37 days I’ve been constantly tweeting and trying to get help but all I receive are copy-paste bot replies with no clear explanation. I’m just asking for a fair human review. Please clearly tell me what exactly is wrong with my channel so I can fix it. @TeamYouTube @YouTube @nealmohan @YouTubeCreators @YouTubeIndia @YouTubeGaming When I look at my niche many bigger creators are doing similar content and are still monetized even uploading 5-10 videos a day without any issue. That’s why I’m confused about what the actual problem is in my case. One of my friends even deleted more than 100 videos and still didn’t get monetized again. If the exact problem isn’t explained how are we supposed to fix it? That’s my concern as well if you don’t clearly tell me what the issue is even after 90 days I won’t know if I’ve actually fixed the real problem or not. I might feel like I’ve done everything right but the main issue could still be unknown. The Quartering deleted his tweets AGAIN. INCLUDING more tweets insinuating he'd be striking channels. I see what's happening here. @TheQuartering drinks, gets angry, threatens, then deletes his tweets. Drunk Yellowflash did the same thing. When I was a mod for his channel he would drink, get angry, threaten others, then back down from those threats when he sobered up. This begs the question. Did Jeremy ever follow through on any of his drunk threats? Or were they just drunk threats like Yellowflash's? Jeremy literally gave everyone knowledge on how Kino Casino could be taken down. Then it happened. Many could have done this. Including his allies, his enemies, or the enemies of Kino Casino. Something to think about.

I arrive back from Brazil and wondered what I had missed only to find out The Quatering is under fire. I won't make a video on this as I missed the initial kick off. I find that I'm not surprised to hear what has happened. Free speech is fine until someone has an opinion on you.

My niece absolutely loved it and asked to go again. The children on the cinema were also saying how great it was. The film didn't over rely on special effects for the characters which would have been so easy to do for this. For a huge part of my childhood this was well done.

I took my niece to see this today. In recent years films have become dull in their colour grading. This was bright and colourful, even down to Dame Slap/Snap. A well paced film and as charming as the original stories. I just wish Moonface's head was round like in the books.

As another man who once worked with me declares himself saddened by my beliefs on gender and sex, I thought it might be useful to compile a list for handy reference. Which of the following do you imagine makes actors and directors who aren’t involved with the HBO reboot of Harry Potter so miserable?
Is it my belief that women and girls should have their own public changing rooms and bathrooms?
That women should retain female-only rape crisis centres?
That men don’t belong in women’s sport?
That female prisoners shouldn’t be incarcerated with violent men and male sex offenders?
That women should remain a protected class in law, because they have sex-specific needs and issues?
That language should reflect reality rather than ideological jargon, especially in a medical context?
That women shouldn’t be harassed, persecuted or fired for refusing to pretend humans can change sex?
That women should not be threatened with violence and rape when they assert their rights?
That freedom of speech and belief are essential to a pluralistic democratic society?
That troubled minors, especially those who are gay, autistic and trauma-experienced, should be given mental health support instead of irreversible surgeries and drug treatments on non-existent evidence of benefit?
That gay people shouldn’t be pressured to include the opposite sex in their dating pools, nor should they be smeared as ‘genital fetishists’ when they don’t?
That cross-dressing heterosexual male fetishists aren’t actually oppressed, but having the time of their lives piggybacking off gender identity ideology?
That said ideology, and the privileged, blinkered fools pushing it because they suffer zero consequences themselves, have done more damage to the political left’s credibility than Trump and Farage could have achieved in a century?

@jegaevi How did she bully Kelif? The only posts I saw was her talking about the IOC screwing women over and that she didn't think Kelif was trans because of what Kelif has stated. She didn't openly bully Kelif, name called or anything like that. She highlighted the issues with boxing.
