Tires with 11,000 miles and a nail. Firestone told me they are not repairable. Firestone said this is not repairable because of the location and that I would need a new tire. It's a slow leak, about 1-2 psi a day. I am in disbelief that this is not repairable.. Can I not just get a fix kit? 🤧

Looks worn down besides the nail. i drive a Raptor. I switch out tires every 5 years. Recently a car on highway blew a tire in the left lane on a 2 lane hwy and headed straight towards my drivers side……no where to go except off road through brush at 70 mph…….no problem with tires in good shape
