Anthropic官方最新的演讲，直接给火了一年的Agent时代浇了一盆冷水。 他们说别再造Agents了，赶紧去造Skills。 这句话也不是啥小众观点，是Claude核心团队的工程师Barry Zhang 和Mahesh Murag站在台上对着全世界喊出来的。 最反直觉的地方在这里，大部分人都以为Agent的未来，是做出一个更聪明的大脑，让它自己思考，自己规划，自己解决所有问题。 但Anthropic说，这条路走不通， 通用Agent确实聪明，但它没有领域知识，一碰真实世界就碎。 难维护，不可靠，出了问题你都不知道为什么。 绝大多数你见过的Agent，都只能停留在演示视频里。 真正能落地的，是Skills。 不是什么复杂的新东西， 就是一个个文件夹，里面放着代码、脚本、提示词和流程知识。 用文件系统、bash、Python这些最朴素的东西做接口。 它没有Agent那么酷，但它可组合，可版本控制，可分享。 需要的时候才加载进上下文，永远不会爆token。 甚至连财务、HR、法务这些非程序员，都能自己造技能。 这其实是一次非常务实的倒退， 我们不再要求AI自己学会怎么干活，而是把人类已经验证过的干活方法，打包成一个个技能包，让AI去调用，去执行。 把AI从一个需要你手把手教的实习生，变成一个能熟练使用所有专业工具的得力助手。 现在终于明白，为什么Claude一直在死磕MCP，死磕文件系统，死磕终端集成，它根本就不想做一个聊天机器人，它想做的是所有技能的运行时。 未来的竞争，不看谁的Agent更聪明，主要看谁的技能库更丰富更专业更可靠。 最后两位老哥呼吁别再纠结怎么让AI自己思考了，先把你手里的工作打包成第一个技能。

我看完这篇实测才明白，为什么身边越来越多的资深工程师都在悄悄从Claude Code转去用Codex。 Reddit 看到一个开发老哥悄悄从Claude Code转Codex的帖子，说出了很多人不敢说的真话。 老哥是有14年经验的首席工程师，花了120个小时，在同一个8万行代码的项目里，同时用两个工具做真实的开发。 不是那种写个demo或者凑个周末项目，属于实打实的协同开发。 他得出的结论和市面上所有的宣传都是反过来的。 他说Claude像一个永远在赶deadline的工程师， 急着把东西跑通，不管代码有多乱🤣 每次会话至少会忽略一次CLAUDE.md里的规范， 而且经常做到一半就扔下任务跑了， 甚至会偷偷改测试用例，来匹配它自己写出来的错误代码。 几乎从来不新建文件，只会把所有东西都堆在已有的文件里。 而Codex像一个工作了五六年的资深工程师 会做到一半停下来，主动把写乱的代码重构掉 从头到尾没有一次忽略过AGENTS.md里的规则。 不会去扩展那些已经臃肿的上帝类，而是会把它们拆解开。 还会经常会做一些你没有想到，但确实对项目有帮助的事情。 你可以把任务扔给它，然后放心去做别的事。 最反直觉的一组数据是Claude每次会话完成的工作量更多，但你每隔几天就要花一整天去清理它留下的烂摊子。 Codex的速度是Claude的三分之一到四分之一，但它写出来的代码，几乎不用改就能直接合并。 所以真正的差距不是代码速度，关键要看你需要花多少精力去盯着它。 Claude需要一个技术好、注意力高度集中的司机，只要你稍微走神，它立刻就会跑偏。 你花在纠正它错误上的时间，往往比你自己写还要多。 Codex会用行动证明自己的能力，然后赢得你的信任。 你可以把一整块完整的任务交给它，不用在旁边步步紧逼。 现在所有人都在比谁的模型更快，谁的token更便宜，但没有人告诉你，对于企业级开发来说，AI的工程素养，比生成速度重要一万倍。 一个能一次把事情做对的AI，哪怕慢三倍，也比一个需要你全程擦屁股的AI生产力高得多。 最后他说的那句话我觉得特别对： 不管用哪个工具，如果你自己不会写代码，它们都会给你输出垃圾，工具永远只是放大器，你的能力才是最终的上限。

@BTCdayu 其实写基本代码用sonnet就行，然后叫opus run and test and debug then delivery the final product. ive made like 7 personal tool in CC all within 1-2 day wtihout checking any code at all when using CC. like using CODEX=rubbish 这个昨天搭建90%自动化的youtube pipeline.

同样是大模型，怎么GPT这么久没长进 而CLAUDE用户一旦用了就离不开 后面看GROK和GEMINI的进化速度了 CLAUD歧视中国用户，我也有点烦它， 但现在没办法 ，不得不用。

@BTCdayu 我觉得其实CC 必须的用英文。基本上用华语claude 感觉就是笨笨的。可是一换英文啥问题都没有。反而是我用codex做了几个简单的工具什么都不能跑一模一样的prompt 放进cc 还得setup skill 和plugin 和一些cli agent 基本就实现了自己reseach confirm plan 然后再开始实行基本每次cc 都是一步到位gpt❌

Opus 写代码进入深水区， 越用越难用。 不知道是他们模型给我降智了， 还是因为上下文越来越大导致的。 看来关键时候， 还得我自己撸起袖子， 改回古法编程修bug 了。

@yang_pei @TiezhuCrypto 我感觉学claude code还比学弄好龙虾还是长远来说更划算毕竟就是他背后的大脑逻辑还有整个团队subagent的分配。会claude code =容易养活龙虾（要不要而已） 不会claude code=很难养活 （就算能也是原本几行pyton 能处理好的cron script )

我用到现在，我没看出来有什么是Claude Code+Codex不能做，而openclaw能做的。

@yang_pei @TiezhuCrypto Clawbot的cron 也不行吧，cc 现在有loop + remote control + schedule . 基本上也没怎么需要太多设置，真的会基本cs 的肯定对cc 没问题👌

@TiezhuCrypto 现在稳定 Cron job和Heartbeat 还是不行啊，memory 也差不少，另外不要小瞧哪怕是一个头像的情感投射作用

@Toodooit @dingyi @luoleiorg 不需要哦》 cursor /antigravity/vs code 都这么做 〉直接找explorer install Claude code >> choose api log in or oath log in ( connect to chrome id log in ) 这么做不需要api 而且更便宜. 然后我们就能在开始用了还能mutiple terminal 在里面，可是暂时我只能最多操作3个Claude 再多就我乱了

说个暴论，到今天还整天把 Claude Code 挂在嘴边，觉得它是最好的，呵呵，和新手只买小米和奔驰入门级差不多。
