It took 3 years of failure. To hit $1k mrr in 30 days. This is what I did: 1. Copied a proven product. 2. Exploited a deep human desire. 3. Integrated AppleAds w RevenueCat. • (Free $100 to get started: zero downside) 4. Exported full transaction data to GCS. 5. Claude analysed country & keyword. 6. Found and scaled winners to $70/day. 7. Failed faster with every project. 8. Hard paywall bc we're not a charity. 9. Donated all profits to charity. 10. Pricing: 49.99/yr, 7.99/wk, 14.99/mo 11. Understood signal to noise. 12. Only sent notis to engaged users. 13. Tried everything, welcomed failure. 14. Average a 5% conversion. 15. Used competitor names as keywords. 16. Split by tiered countries. 17. Measured everything with PostHog. 18. Optimised onboarding to 87%+. 19. iOS only, SwiftUI & RevenueCat. 20. Used RevenueCat paywall for AB tests. 21. Obsessed over the UX & UI, liquid glass. 22. 12-15 step onbording was sweet spot. 23. Removed all friction from onboarding. 24. Removed all negativity from my life. 25. Hit the gym 4x a week. 26. Asked review during onboarding (patched). 27. App Store Screenshots with GPT-Image-2. 28. Did not localise pricing (cost me 2 refunds). 29. But made me a lot more money in long run. 30. Ate an extremely restricted diet. 31. Invested in myself & tools: Codex & mobbin. 32. 10g creatine, 3600mg magnesium. 33. Vid D: 2400 IU, Vit C: 1000mg. 34. Made friends on x dot com. 35. Had an offer to do "adult content". Winning is simply losing on a long enough time frame.

Amazing app idea, some of my students could genuinely use this not going to lie One issue I foresee though is them just deactivating For that Im thinking of adding a 2 person authentication option so 2 people have different passwords, and without both you cant deactivate the sites you blocked

I made a game where giant snail named Bob hunts you 😬 Walking in real life keeps you ahead. You don't want to know what happens if he catches you 😅 It's called SnailWalk.app 🐌 Bob's already moving. Are you?

@_frederickjames Ah ok nice Important as in you want to be psychologically guiding to them one (yearly)? So you set the prices of the others high to make one look like a good deal?

i've got two paywalls on revenucat and AB tested for a little while - tbh not enough to draw huge conclusions, but vibes felt like the 3 tier was better, it's also what competitors are doing in the niche so it makes sense to copy their data for our users more important i think is price, they're more important than the number of options i think actually

My app hit $769/m in 21 days. This is what I did: 1. Made a habit tracker. 2. Exploited a deep human need. 3. Had one viral, shareable, feature. 4. Obsessed over design, feel & ui. 5. iOS only, native swift. 6. 13 step onboarding. 7. Pricing: 7.99/w & 49.99/y. 8. Adding 14.99/m boosted conversion. 9. Hard paywall in RevenueCat. 10. No notifications: this 2x’d my retention. 11. Measured onboarding with PostHog. 12. Iterated till 85%+ onboarding. 13. Tweaked paywall till 3-4% conversion. 14. Ratings during onboarding (patched). 15. Invested in tools: Mobbin, Claude etc. 16. Burnt $200 on ads to find winners. 17. $20-£50/day in Apple Store Ads. 18. Did not localise pricing or screenshots. 19. For ads: niche locations & popular keywords. 20. Figma for store screenshots: contrast & depth. More importantly: 1. Got 8+ hours of good sleep / night. 2. Ate super clean diet & gym 3x a week. 3. Had special time with wife 2x a week. 4. Blocked noise & negativity. 5. Had a positive abundance mindset. 6. Followed The Law of Attraction. 7. Failed for 3 years, and 13 different ideas. This was just my playbook: there are infinite ways to win.

stopthat.app is working so well that i've barely been on twitter these past few days Using this app more intentionally and not scrolling constantly is NOICE. Giving myself 10/15 mins a day seems to be the sweet spot for my productivity

🚀 I just made my first $28 with Envly! 2 sales. +100% growth. And honestly… I can’t stop smiling 😊 This is the moment every creator dreams about, that first real validation that your idea can actually make money. From zero to my first dollars in the last 6 days. The graph literally went from flatline to moonshot overnight. If you’re building something right now and feeling like it might never work… keep going. The first sale changes everything. Who else just hit their first revenue milestone? Drop it below! I want to celebrate with you! #FirstSale #CreatorEconomy #Envly #SmallWinsBigDreams

i ship a lot of small projects. every single one has a .env And managing them has always been the annoying, slightly scary part. edited in some random editor tab, no validation, always one wrong git add . from leaking a key. so i built envly: a native mac app that gives every .env a proper home and keeps your secrets out of git. dev / staging / prod in one window, switch in a click, and a sync checker tells you which keys are missing where. keeps secrets out of git, checks your .gitignore, installs a pre-commit hook that blocks .env commits, and warns you the second one gets staged. import what you already have from vercel, netlify, railway, fly local-first, no account, fully offline. honestly, this is just the tool i wanted for myself. it's the first version, shipped this month, and i'd love your brutal feedback. GLHF, and may you never commit a .env again 🫡
