@timo_rf Would need 26 boiled eggs for 164P, 138F, 15C And this would be 2015 calories.

I wanted to lose 20lbs. I lost 14 by running a ton every week. When I cut down on my miles per week, I pretty rapidly gained most of the weight back. (Yes I understand calorific deficit) In mid July I started tracking my calories and losing weight got much easier. When I started, I was eating ~2300 calories/day. Now it’s down to ~1600/day. What I’m still struggling with is getting more protein. Will be adding lifting back to the mix and start to run again post-surgery, and adjust my intake as needed.

I think I might add a "composer run dev" script to the Laravel skeleton. - php artisan serve - php artisan queue:listen - php artisan pail - npm run dev All in one command with nice color coded output. 🧼 One minimal command to run everything you need for local dev.

I make it work but validation gets tricky, and having two different data fields when I just care about a single value. I feel there has to be an easier way of doing this.

I've been quite quiet on @filamentphp v4 progress updates lately, because I decided to attempt converting tables to use Alpine.js to render them instead of Livewire, which is taking a lot of time and energy, there are so many edge cases! Hopefully worth it for the end performance

@alexjgarrett Hetzner is awesome! Never had an issue. Because they are so cheap I simply run everything in a redundant set up, multiple instances in different regions + Cloudflare Load Balancer which have a ton of benefits on its own 😄

@andrew_graaff @seb_sebsn +1 for native Octane support. We love and use Herd, but we moved production to Octane and it’s risky to continue working with Herd unfortunately.

@seb_sebsn Moved to Linux. But Herd did not support swoole. I also need to be able to build extensions- SQLServer. Not sure if that is possible. I believe Herd should offer first class support for Octane. Having devs building on herd and then deploying to Octane does not work.

If you tried Herd but ended up using your previous setup, why is that? We want to provide the best development environment for PHP and it buggs me that people try Herd but don't use it as their daily driver. What's holding you back?
