@IndiGo6E horrible experience with your Cabin Crew: Shruti! She legit made rude comments on passengers and horribly inhospitable behaviour. I guess your team needs some major training from @airindia cabin crew. Day by day you guys are deteriorating. PNR and flight details mentioned in the image attached.
