I want to delete my account but the strikes continue, troops are being sent over and now the administration is stating both regime change and nuclear removal are unlikely. @volcaholic1 We have one of these in the US and it’s currently being decommissioned because it not only doesn’t work due to the mirrors getting dirty, but it creates an invisible HOT SPOT that kills millions of birds that inadvertently fly into the super-heated air.

China’s solar power plant in Dunhuang uses around 12,000 mirrors to focus sunlight onto a central tower, heating molten salt to extreme temperatures. That heat is stored and used to generate electricity on demand, including after sunset.
