“ Eagles don’t have leverage.” He’s under contract for the next 4 years lol. They can make his ass rot on the bench. The patriots have “Romeo bobblehead Doubs” as their WR1.

@RealSeabiscuit1 @CryptoMorey Because he hasn’t already provided more than enough reason for an employer to suspend him? Philly holds all the cards. The fact that you can’t see that is remarkable.

@DigitalSamIAm @CryptoMorey That’s your plan? Fingers crossed he gives you a reason to suspend him? Eagles fans are retard, another was was saying their solution to this problem would be to just start tanking so you could draft his replacement while he sit on the bench. What’s next? Nuke Philly?😭😭😭😭

@RealSeabiscuit1 @CryptoMorey You can bench him. You can call him out. You can wait for him to throw a tantrum on the sideline (which he has many times), then suspend him for that.

@DigitalSamIAm @CryptoMorey You can’t suspend someone for low effort. Nothing you’re saying is a viable solution to this hypothetical situation and the Eagles would never do any of it if AJB pulled something like that. Which I don’t think he would, but if he did, you can’t bench him. Just cut bait.

@DigitalSamIAm @CryptoMorey We should have let him stayed retired because why? What part about “something is better than nothing” does you dumbass not understand? How did it end of us? It ended good, we got a free draft pick for a player that wasn’t playing for us anymore.

@DigitalSamIAm @CryptoMorey Either we didn’t trade him and he stayed retired and we got nothing. Or we trade him and at least get something. Something is better than nothing.

@RealSeabiscuit1 @CryptoMorey Let him give low effort. Bench him. Let him throw a tantrum on the sideline, then suspend him for conduct. Again, he prides himself on being a competitor. On “dominating” the guy opposite him. Mail it in and that reputation is gone forever, as is his chance at the HoF.

You don’t get it. It isn’t one negotiation. It is *every future negotiation* What happens when the next player wants to go *somewhere* for reasons, but is under contract for 3 more years? The agent knows that Howie will cave if they just apply public pressure. That’s the end of Howie as a GM. He knows that. You clearly don’t.

You can make his life a living hell. Suspend him for conduct detrimental to the team. Claw back signing bonus. Withhold salary. Make him sue you for it. It’ll drag out but, at the end of the day, Philly can come back to “We paid you. We took care of you. We extended you *years* before we were obligated to, and now you don’t want to live up to your word.” $30M is a small price to pay (in the grand scheme of things) to prevent this from happening again. AJB will cave because PHI can ruin his legacy. Destroy the last 4 years of his prime and he’s just a guy with immense potential, a brilliant 4 year stretch and an asterisk.

@DigitalSamIAm @CryptoMorey Sure but you can’t bench him, you throw away any leverage you have if you just don’t play him. No team is just gonna pay 30 million a year for a player to ride their bench.

Great. NE won’t give up a 1st. Then they’ll either: (1) give up equivalent value (2) give up the first (3) not get AJB That’s how this works. If Howie doesn’t get at least a 1st after the Waddle deal, every GM knows he can be pressured into making a deal. He’s not going to do that. You can like it. You can not. But that’s reality.

@YoMTVRapz @That_Hurts @johntaylor30 He is 14 months younger. The benefit of AJB is that the team acquiring him (if he’s traded) doesn’t need to sign him to a market rate contract. He’s already under contract for 4 years. That’s valuable. Philly is going to get their price or they won’t trade him.

@That_Hurts @johntaylor30 Waddle was essentially a 1(30th overall)&3 he's 2 years younger(huge for the position they play) and on a much better contract. Philly is not getting a 1 for AJB

No, it’s thinking ahead. The last thing *any* GM wants is to be seen as weak by players & agents. If a player with 4 years on his deal decides to not want to play and the GM caves just to move him, that’s a signal to every other agent & player. Whatever you do in this situation sends a message to the rest of the league.

@spuughetti__ @BroadStHockey You should trade a 27 y/o middle 6 winger in the middle of a rebuild. Not doing so is a categorical failure of both roster building & organizational leadership.

Out of curiosity, wouldn’t Iran killing, raping & torturing 30,000-40,000+ of their own people for simply protesting qualify as a damn-close-to-genocidal event? Also, I think we’d all be remiss if we didn’t talk about the thousands of terror attacks financed and committed by those 3 groups over the last 2 decades.

I am a Democrat. I served in the Clinton administration. I did not vote for Donald Trump and am highly unlikely to support him or his acolytes in the future. I also have serious disagreements with many of the Trump administration’s domestic and foreign policies. But it is profoundly disturbing that a growing segment of the far left appears to be almost rooting for Hamas, Hezbollah, the Iranian regime, and other forces fundamentally opposed to the United States and our allies. This seems to reflects a corrosive strain of anti-Americanism, dressed up in postcolonial theory, that risks blinding us to the moral realities of our world and the nature of our adversaries.

@DigitalSamIAm Get it! And you're a logical human from what I know of you on here. I just cannot personally afford to tell anyone to buzz off at the moment. The reason I polled is I see it a lot on here "fire your low paying clients. They're the worst," without mention of a backup plan.

@DigitalSamIAm Yeah, more or less, I think there's a learning curve a niche specialist can help to avoid. You save money at the start of a campaign. But beyond that if someone knows marketing and Google Ads it's what's.

Does hiring a niche advertising expert matter anymore? Like... for example: You have 20 years experience advertising for plumbers on Google Ads. Okay? You're leaning into Google's smart bidding. What mistakes are you helping to avoid If manual optimizations are outdated? 🤷‍♂️
