@LNER I'm getting a storm of texts thanking me for setting up alerts, as well as instructions ot be excited about 3 different journeys over the nmext few months...get the feeling whoever designed these only travels once a year!

@EllaTasm I am looking through myself and there does not seem to be a way, it is all notifications or none, sorry Ella.

@LNER is there a way to change my alert settings, so I just get useful alerts about platforms and delays and not these jaunty advance reminders about the multi-leg journey?

@LNER yes, but it doesn't distinguish between journey alerts and spam messages -how do i get useful info without all the additional looks like you're going on a journey bumf?

@EllaTasm My apologies, this was the instructions for the App. For the website go to my account (top right) Select my contact details. This will allow you to change the way you are contacted.

@LNER thanks -but I can't match these instructions with the webpage options in my account

@EllaTasm If you go to your LNER account, Ella. Select my LNER (bottom right) scroll down to settings, then select email, SMS and digital. You can select which notifications you would like to receive. I hope this helps.

@HMRCcustomers having problems registering with Automatic Exchange of Information (AEOI) service. tyhe website takes me to self assessment, rather than registration. Is there a helpline phone number? Thanks
