. @ExpressRxHelp are a fucking joke. How did my medication go from a $5.01 copay to $125 with no explanation as to why. And now you’re demanding me to pay it.

@ExpressRxHelp Express Scripts, please help ! I have had to take a branded medication for the past decade to avoid serious infections. I am allergic to the generic version. Express Scripts covered this medication until January this year, when I was told I had to switch to the generic. My doctor and the pharmacy supervisor at the hospital have provided comprehensive evidence of my allergy to the generic, but Express Scripts has denied prior authorization for almost 2 months. I have spent close to $500 out of pocket, as the medicine costs over $200/month and I keep receiving messages from Express Scripts about how I can make my medication more affordable !! What am I expected to do ? Please help !!!

I finally figured out after dozens of calls my plan was mistakenly changed…by YOU!! And today I get a “sorry we messed up” phone call! Still no

@ExpressRxHelp The most unethical company in America! My wife is dying and they messed up or plan on their end and have taken weeks to fix. Now she will most likely be admitted

After dealing w this a 4th time since beginnng of month I was assured it’s on way via FedX, it wasn’t‼️ Not filled till later and sent via snail mail. So still w/o my medication. Your staff is bottom of the barrel, each and every one incompetent and lazy.

Far too much money paid to non-medical staff who provide little to no value second-guessing my doctors . They practice medicine under the guise of "plan protocols" that are completely fabricated. Time to bring a Private AG action against these greedy middlemen who seek only to line their pockets. They just refused to cover 2 medications my 20+ year PCP prescribed years ago. I'm going to be filing in state court using CA's long arm law. See you in court soon Express Scripts.

@ExpressRxHelp Yet AGAIN after promising to expedite processing my Rx and send via Fed Ex—THEY DIDN’T FOLLOW THROUGH 🤬now maybe will arrive by Friday, 25 days AFTER it should have arrived. You did skillfully manage to find and hire all the bottom of the barrel candidates to fill positions 😏

@ExpressRxHelp 👇🏼This is the level of passive-aggressive/stupidity you deal with from ExpressScripts. Someone finally admitted yesterday it was totally their fault, NO APOLOGY & NO COMPENSATION for leaving me without my med for 20 (more till arrival) days. *Restricted med so no flexibility.
