If you want to understand what a nightmare healthcare is in the US, try working with Accredo (@ExpressRxHelp). I’m overdue for my medication cause the drug prescribed by my doctor & approved by insurance now has to go through a review even it was supposed to be shipped last week

@ExpressRxHelp They sure did. And completely ignored everything I said, told me the provider needs to send the PA, after I explained more than once that as soon as they send the PA, you cancel it on your end. And have the last 3 times they’ve tried to send it. Literally within seconds.

Hey @ExpressRxHelp you ever gonna respond to my two emails now regarding a humira PA you guys keep canceling on your end then claiming to have no record of the case id? Been trying to get my meds for weeks, completely out because of you.

@ExpressRxHelp Follow up: You did ship on 05/08 out of Colorado and I received the drug on 05/09, even though the USPS tracking info did not show you had shipped it nor did it show you sent it overnight. You also did not tell me in advance you were over-nighting the package. Should have.

@ExpressRxHelp Very disappointed. 04/24 my doc sent e-script for KCl. You notified me order up on 04/28. I responded same day & confirmed order. You're not shipping until 05/06, so will come around 05/11. I will run out before hand. You've slowed down in processing badly.

@ExpressRxHelp Express Scripts, please help ! I have had to take a branded medication for the past decade to avoid serious infections. I am allergic to the generic version. Express Scripts covered this medication until January this year, when I was told I had to switch to the generic. My doctor and the pharmacy supervisor at the hospital have provided comprehensive evidence of my allergy to the generic, but Express Scripts has denied prior authorization for almost 2 months. I have spent close to $500 out of pocket, as the medicine costs over $200/month and I keep receiving messages from Express Scripts about how I can make my medication more affordable !! What am I expected to do ? Please help !!!
